Our method of design
We will get a brief overview of your design concept when you get in contact with us. In the areas that are still to be developed, we would want to learn more about your requirements, desires, and inquiries.
We created a design brief based on our initial conversation, which enables us to provide you with one or more layout ideas.
We would then require an on-site inspection. Depending on the client’s needs and the complexity of the work.
The following are included in the conceptual design phase, which subsequently begins.
- Measure the current residence to ensure that the built record drawings are accurate.
- Compute the current situation and determine the optimal design option in three dimensions.
- Provide suggested concept design ideas for discussion both through an app and on paper.
- The Design Consultant will offer an estimate for the construction of the project, including preliminary costs for obtaining building and planning permits, hiring consultants, etc., after the design has been accepted.
- A documented scope of work and build cost that refers to the approved design is provided by the design consultant and the construction manager.
Contract signing will take place as soon as the client gives their approval for the design and pricing. Following contract signing, we will deliver all project-related paperwork, including floor plans and additional design reports. Should we be engaged for work beyond the design phase, we will initiate project execution and construction; alternatively, if we are selected simply for the design phase, we can manage the transfer of the plans to outside contractors.
